Joining Instructions : 2020

1. TKMA is an Institute established in 1997 with the motive of preparing rural youth for the written exam of NDA, which is conducted by the UPSC. The purpose of the Institute is to create disciplined cadets desirous of a career as an officer in the Indian Armed Forces.

2. These joining instructions are being issued to ensure that the cadets are suitably equipped & prepared for their training. The cadet & parents are advised to study these instructions to have meaningful stay at TKMA & derive maximum benefit from the academics & military & physical training at TKMA. Non-Compliance of these instructions will cause inconvenience & hardship to the cadet.

3. Location of the academy: TKMA Vinaynagar Post: Nave Pargaon Tal. Hatkanangale , Dist: Kolhapur State-Maharashtra, India- 416113

4. Parents are requested to collect the first term fees from the school office staff to get the admission in the hostel allocated by TKMA.

6. Documents : The parents need to submit the following relevant documents of their wards to TKMA office.

• Aadhar Cards (cadet, father, mother or guardian) (attested)

• Passport Size Photos- 3 copies

• Cadet’s medical fitness Certificate (To be given by physician with PG degree in gen. medicine)

• Birth certificate – Xerox copy (attested)

• Xerox copy of cadets’ passbook of an account in a nationalized Bank

• Caste certificate (attested xerox copy)

• School Leaving Certificate (Original)

• Mark sheet / Sanchayika

• Proof of fees paid through RTGS/NEFT/DD

7. Fees: The fees for the academic year 2020-21 will be as follows ( Includes Hostel, Mess, Training, Stationery, Laundry ,Hair Cutting, Uniforms, Medical first aid.

• Parents should request at the bank counter to enter student’s name & standard in remark column while processing the payment through RTGS/NEFT.

• While paying the fees by cash using Warana Bank Pay slip write the name of student & standard & submit stamped slip in the school office.

Withdrawals & Refund Policy:

a. Admission confirmation amount Rs. 15000/- is non-refundable on any ground.

b. In case of withdrawals after joining TKMA the following deductions will be done as per the policy

The admission of the cadet can be cancelled on the following disciplinary grounds if the cadet…

• Fails to maintain Institute discipline and / or is considered harmful influence on others.

• Leaves institute premises without proper permission.

• Indulges in malpractices and / or does anything illegal /unlawful.

• Can not adjust to the routine of the institute.

• Violates / disobeys orders /superiors on regular basis. Please note that no fee is refundable for such withdrawals. Processing of the refund (if allowed) will be initiated only after 3 months of the withdrawal date.

Parents meetings: rules & regulations

1) All the students will leave the premises at the given specified time and will report the academy at the given specified time.

2) All the students will compulsorily leave and report (after parents meet/ vacation) in olive green/ mufti uniform and black shoes only.
